Sorry, we can't see your laptop from where we are and need a bit more detail. What were you trying to do and what disk drive are you talking about? I've never seen an error like this on a hard drive; are you working with a DVD/CD drive?
If it is a DVD/CD drive the tray may not be completely closed and this error message is telling you that the drive cannot be read as a result.
