Hi,

This seems to be an issue with the Video card. Please update the latest version of Video drivers as well as BIOS. You can refer to the following link for the latest drivers and select the correct Operating System:-

I would also like to confirm if you are trying to connect the laptop to an external display.

I reinstalled the video driver, now everything looks good the me.
