Does a Latitude CPx hardware-compatible Computer Upgrade exist?

My old CPx  [Latitude CPxJ650GT]   has a number of problems cropping up, but I have quite a bit of hardware for it (e.g. floppy drives / CD / Main and Media Bay hard-drives).

I'd like to know if there is a computer (an upgrade from the CPx) for which my hardware would be usable?

Too, having it be 'close enough' that I could just plug in my harddrive a 'go', would be nice.

[I can't even find a CPx through Dell Financial Services...and rarely see an operable one on Ebay, so I know I'm 'pushing the envelope' by considering sticking with what really is 'legacy' equipment, but most of my work is still text-based programming; I really don't need speed or the new Media-oriented computers.]

So, to reiterate, is there a 'group' or 'model' that is a bit of an upgrade for my CPx, but still uses the same hardware?
