Driver error
I flashed the vBIOS and updated the driver because I was having a problem with my lcd monitor:
Everytime I booted up in LCD only mode after having worked in dual monitor mode my screen would flicker, the top portion of the display would be totally fine but then the horizontal rows of pixels would alternate between gray and normal (one row gray, the next normal, etc.), but they would flicker at the same time. Adjusting the angle of the monitor seemed to affect this as well.
After installing the drivers I keep getting an error message every time I boot up saying something about a copy of nview wizard already running.
I haven't yet been able to test the original problem because I haven't been home today.
Can anyone help me?

I just attempted to completely uninstall and then reinstall the video driver.
It didn't work, I keep getting the nview wizard error...the window even popped up when my screen was at the 600x400, 'no driver' resolution

I would uninstall the old driver, then run driver cleaner:
http://www.driverheaven.net/cleaner/
Then, I would run msconfig (Start - Run - type "msconfig", without the quotes), and be sure that nothing related to nvidia is in the startup processes.
Then, I'd try installing the new driver.
If that doesn't work, try using System Restore to go back to a previous configuration, and see if that helps at all.
Best of luck!
