I can't get to drivers download page for Inspiron Mini 10V that I could several days ago. Guess they are performing maintenance and have things all screwed up.
I am having the same issue. Contacted Dell support, they assured me that if I put in the correct service tag, that the drivers are correct -- I am not convinced. The BIOS driver for my E6420 laptop is the "E4200A21.exe" file.

Looks like it might be resolved for the E6420.

Seems they hired a new webmaster that needs to be fired. Its completely broken.
Speedsteps 1st rule of website updates. Always make a complete backup so that if the update goes sour you can backout
to the original configuration without issues.

Looks like they re-vamped their drivers pages.
You might want to click on the Feedback link at the bottom of this page and report the error.

Yep - I'm having the same problem. No answer since Saturday.
