Thank you for the response. Here are the drivers you would need to install.
Download all the drivers mentioned under Chipset from our Support Site. You would also need to install the Video driver for your computer depending on the card (Nvidia/AMD Radeon) shipped with your system. You may check the System Configuration.
Once done, download and install the following drivers:
You may check the Wireless card shipped with your system from the following link http://dell.to/13LWJoE -> type the Service tag of the computer -> click on System Configuration -> Original Configuration. Accordingly, you can install the driver from the disc. You can also download the driver from our Support Site. However, you would need to use a different computer and import the drivers to your computer using a Flash drive.
In case you are unable to find the wireless card information, you may provide the hardware ID so that I can look for the driver. Expand Other Devices, right click on Network Controller -> choose Properties -> Details -> from the drop-down under properties, choose Hardware ID.
Thank you APPU it is much appreciated. I have since followed your instructions and found the driver associated to my network card. However when I try to install it from the cd it ends with drivers failed to install.
I have attached a screenshot of my drivers id's as suggested, again thank you for your assistance.
Thankyou very much Appu for all your help. I have restored the internet capabillites on my pc thanks to your help. There was no need to re download the drivers however I simply installed them in the order you told me to from the provided DVD. Thank you very much again for all your assistance.
