DVD/CD Drive
Why am I not seeing the DVD I inserted into the CD/DVD mechanism on my new Inspiron 15 5559? Why does not the DVD show up in Device Manager for the computer? This is a brand new computer.

Thank you for answering. I took my computer into Staples and they put a shortcut icon on the desktop. That should help launch my DVDs/CDs in the future. I guess I'm just not used to how Windows 10 does things.
