E-1505 wireless question

Question

I have an E-1505 with wireless card installed, the wireless works fine in my home but it will no locate other hotspots or open networks when I am away from my home. it shows local only and I can't figure out how to change this . I have a Linksys Wireless Router and In the settings there everything looks OK. This has been like this since I installed Vista. Any help would be appreciated.

It does not see any other wireless networks whether secured or unsecured.

by not locating any other networks do you mean you don't see any, or that you can't connect to them?

Hi !! I have E1505 and mine came with 1394 wireless chip installed. I bought a Dell 1500 wireless Draft N chip at ebay .... it is way better. Click here....
