Left Click Start > Run

In Run, type cmd, then ipconfig /all
 
You will see somthing like:

   Lease Obtained. . . . . . . . . . : Tuesday, January 22, 2008 19:00
   Lease Expires . . . . . . . . . . : Wednesday, January 23, 2008 19:00
   Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 74.xxx.xxx.1

I'm going to assume, they want the Physical address aka M.A.C. address.
