Error Code 0F00:1332 - Windows 7 Won't Boot - Ubuntu does

Hi,

I have been troubleshooting an issue where I am trying to access the data files.  There appears to be a hard disk error 0F00:1332 which I suspect is isolated in the boot partition.

Windows 7 will not boot correctly, but ubuntu does and I can see all the directories on the data partition.

Is there any way I can just copy the data files off to an external hard drive?

Once I have the data files, I can re-partition the disk or simply replace it.
