Error Code 0F00:1344 DISK-Block 6240925
I am working on a friend's laptop for her and upon running diagnostic tests have been prompted with the *Error Code 0F00:1344 DISK-Block 6240925 Can't read, replacedisk or remove Write Protection* during the *SATA Disk S/N= 39UKTDOLT Confidence Test* What is this and how can I fix it?

It's a hard drive with bad sectors - replace the drive with a new one.

Thanks! That's what I was thinking but I didn't want to accept it! I really wanted to fix it for her for free!
