Error code 0x80070017
I used a registry cleaning program (OOPS) to clean the registry on a Dell Insprion 1750, running Windows HP Premium. Prior to this the unit was running very slow - now it doesn't run at all. It boots up to a blank screen...
I have tried to reinstall Windows 7 but I receive this error code: 0x80070017. Any help on this is deeply appreciated.

I also same problem with windows 7 home basic.
error code: 0x80070017.
Any help or send process to get new DVD.
