Error code

Question

I'm new here but glad to find this forum.  I have a inspiron 9400, went to turn the notebook on and I got a diagnostic program running.  When it finished I received a error code as follows: ofoo:136c ide device failed.  Can someone please tell me what this code means?   txs sassy

It depends on which IDE device it refers to. Re-run the diagnostics and take note.
