Go to C:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Shared Documents
Delete the Softwrap Folder, and the file "Global.sw2"
Then reboot
This may be the reason:-
At some point you have installed Softwrap Wrapper on your system. This is a digital marketing and distribution system that manages the entire buying and selling process of software. Installing and uninstalling various peer 2 peer programs appears to be the main cause of this error.
Thank you so much. I deleted everything you suggested and then also found this disguised in Piolet which wasn't in the add/remove section. I found it in several areas and deleted it from them all. I was still getting the error message. WOW what a pain to remove. As a final effort I did a search Piolet and 6 files showed up I deleted them all. This worked. Yikes. I can't thank you enough. You provided me with enough info that I was able to finally delete everything and now I am not getting that error message. A million thanks! moon46
