error, sorry

Question

I've had a Dell Latitude D620 for about a year now, and have been using the Embassy Trust Suite fingerprint reader to log in. It has worked fine, sometimes takes 2 tries to log in, but always works. Today, all of a sudden, I cannot log in! It won't read my fingerprints! I tried 50 times, shut down & restarted twice & kept trying & it won't read my fingerprints. I cleaned the sensor, washed my hands, nothing works. PLEASE HELP, THIS IS A DISASTER, I CAN'T GET INTO MY LAPTOP:(   Last Message Edited by mark j d on 06-14-2007 07:02 AM

you can still hit ctrl+alt+del during welcome screen wich will allow you to enter a administrator passwordor change user.Also you can find software on the internet wich creates a bootable floppy or cd wich will resest your administrator password.
