Error source code message.
I get a window message from the source code error. It states code o,line 6916,char 1. I have no idea what that is about. I also am having problems with colors on the screen. The one I am looking at now is Pink. I have xp and windows 8. When I download one of the e-mails I do not get but black and white page. I can't configure them to what I want. Is there a way to configure web pages to three related colored web page? Email id removed per privacy policy>

Please provide the following details that will help me identify the required troubleshooting steps:
1) Does the error popup when the system has booted into Windows XP or Windows 8?
2) When exactly does the error popup, is it when you try using a specific application or as soon as the system reaches the desktop?
3) What is the system model that you are using?
4) What is the version of Windows 8 installed on your computer, is it the ‘Release Preview’, ‘Consumer Preview’ or the ‘RTM’ version?
Please reply to this post so that I can assist you further.
