External USB Modem Studio 15 (1555)
HI:
I just bought the Studio 15, and it does not have a modem. I did not even think about that I would have to order one with laptop.
I have wireless, but on occasion I have to use dial up. I did a search here and came up with nothing. I checked out Dell parts and accessories, and came up with these Part# DX662 Dell Part# 313-6775 (Studio XPS); DX662 Dell Part# 313-7060 (does not specify model); DX662 Dell Part# 313-7276 (does not specify model).
My question is which one applies to my Studio 15?

Any external USB modem will work with your system as long as your operating system supports it.

I have Vista Home Premium.
UPDATE: Disregard this latest post, I know what to look for now. The part has to be Vista compatible.
