I ordered my Dell online with the facial recognition feature for my password. I cannot find this program, can anyone help?

I ordered my Dell online with the facial recognition feature for my password. I cannot find this program, can anyone help?

Look to see if your system has Fast Access Facial Recognition Software.
If you ordered it, try...
Go to Dell Warranty Status enter your service tag number, original configuration. Look to see if it was listed.
Using INternet Explorer, go to My Dell Downloads :: Login use the same email address and password you used here, click on add system. If it was ordered, you can download and install it from there.

If FastAccess (the name of the facial recognition software) came pre-installed on your computer then you may activate it by going to the Start Menu > All Programs > FastAccess facial recognition > "Configure FastAccess". Follow the prompts and you should be off and running. If it didn't come pre-installed as expected then you may need to contact Dell support to see how it was planned to be delivered to you.
