Factory Reset

Question

I have a Dell laptop and a Dell desktop. The option to do a factory reset has dissapeared from both machines I press the F8 key on boot up and get into the correct screen but no option for a factory reset. Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi,  If the Factory image is corrupted or wiped off due to any reason, unfortunately there is no way to get back the image. Only option would be OSRI. Regards
