Fingerprint Reader Application

Question

New 2nd generation vostro 3550 laptop fingerprint reader driver software is available in dell online but there is no application software for fingerprint reader without any application how will I use it? Please solve my problem

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.

You should have received the software for the fingerprint reader when you received your computer. If you did not receive the disk you can fill out the online form for backup disk below.

the same trouble! I did not receive the disk with my laptop and I can't request backup disk because I'm not the us customer. What should I do?
