Ooops! I messed up and posted before I even started! I have an Inspiron notebook and whether using the touchpad or a mouse, when hovering over text, the I-beam flickers and sometimes disappears altogether. It's annoying and makes it hard to place the cursor in the proper place. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, is their a fix?
