Flickering screen

Question

Hi, I have a Dell XPS 13 (a little more then a year) and a couple of issues: 1. The screen is flickering. When I move the screen only a little (up and down) bit it's going into sleep mode and I need to close and open it or even restart. This is really annoying and I am having this a couple of months already but it's getting worse now. 3. Sometimes it does nothing anymore. Then I need to restart it. Mouse and keyboard is locked. I have the exact same issue. Call technical support immediately and lodge a complaint. What began as screen flickering for me (and many many many others on this forum) turned into complete motherboard failure. My laptop won't even power up.

I haven't see a solution to this issue aside from replacing the motherboard (and in many cases replacing it numerous times).

Thanks for your reply. Seriously? I bought the laptop in May 2015 and now the motherboard is already broken? How did Dell help you in your case?
