General problem

Question

When press a button to start up my Dell Precision 370 only I have noisy sound of blowing fan. (no windows start up, nothing on the screen, only fan running as crazy)   After a several times switching on, switching of my computer, finally computer boot normally. Every morning is like that.   Help, please…. Jovan       Intel pentium 4, GHz2.8 Precision 370 W2K service pack 4 522 RAM BIOS VERSION A02
