Generic OpenGL drivers
Hey everyone. I just got a new video card for my Inspiron 5100. It's an ATI Radeon Mobility 7500 64mb. I'm trying to install Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, and the installer says that I need generic (non-windows) OpenGL drivers 1.4.0 or higher. Since the card is Dell specific, ATI doesn't supply drivers, so I have to get them from Dell. Unfortunately, even the newest Dell driver for this card only has OpenGL 1.3.9, and they're Windows specific. Regular Radeon drivers won't work since it's a mobility. Does anyone know where I can get some generic OpenGL 1.4.0 drivers so I can play this game? Thanks to anyone who can help.

I have had the same trouble. I was wondering if you had found a solution. I have also tried playing KOTOR, but it locked up periodically and now will not allow me past the current level.
