Getting error in system Scan-DVDMINUSRW
Hi Team,
i am getting error while dell system detect as
Critical hardware failure as DVDMINUSRW.
I am not sure what is that error and unable to solve. Please help me

There's nothing related to Critical hardware failure "DVDMINUSRW" in the link provide. Did buy a new dell inspiron 3442 model on 27th August, 2014 and during the online diagnosis the same error popped up on the screen and drive is not able play any movie DVDs. However, I am able to view the file folder and contents in them. Did call up dell tech. support on the same issue but there's no resolution yet. Awaiting them to call back for fixing it.
Kindly let us know if there's a fix to this error.
