GHOST CIRCLES
How do you fix the ghost circles that happen everyday ? Below is a youtube video that shows what is happening with my inspiron 7000 2 n 1 laptop

Thanks for posting.
I haven't seen any mention of that issue, but it appears to be something with either the screen, the video card, or the motherboard. Have you tried an external monitor and does it produce the same effects? If you are still under warranty, then you should give Tech Support a call and troubleshoot over the phone. If you're not covered by warranty, perhaps you may want to have a local computer shop look at it.
