the same issue on my laptop, i'm using the same model ,every time i'm opening one application like google chrome surfing the net watching videos on you tube my cpu processor gets really too hot and the fan speed spins for about 4000RPM .
If the system has never been opened up for a thorough cleanout of dust and replcaement of the thermal pads that sit between the heatsink and CPU/GPU, it's overdue for that.
