See below - it may run (but don't expect great performance).
The 64M is a fixed frame buffer, not your video RAM. The system will allocate RAM up to the max as needed - it cannot be user-adjusted.

but is there another way I can play these games for example pro evolution soccer
Likely not if you have Intel integrated video, which is as it sounds. And to upgrade to hybrid video, you'd need to replace the mainboard, which will be an expensive upgrade.
