Hard disk error
Hi, my laptop couldnt start up windows so I run a system diagnostic and i got this error:
Error code : 2000 - 01 42
Validation 117507
Msg: hard drive 0
Can you please advice to solve this. Thank you

2000-0142 error indicates the hard drive is faulty you may consider replacing the hard drive on the system. Please backup the data from the system if it’s booting up.
