Run a diagnostic - f12 at powerup. If the system is under warranty, call Dell with the error and they'll replace the drive. If the system is out of warranty you'll need a new 2.5", 9.5, 7 or 5 mm SATA notebook drive.
Replacing the drive on this model is not easy - if you've never taken apart a notebook, the video below will show you what is involved.
As 'ejn63' said, if the hard drive needs to be replaced and if system is under warranty, please provide the service tag and name through Private Message so that I can check the replacement options.
