If the system is under warranty, call Dell with the error message and they'll replace the hard drive, which has failed.
If the system is out of warranty and you need a recommendation on a replacement drive, please post the full model number (i.e., Inspiron N5110, 5520, 5521, etc) and someone can offer a suggestion as to a replacement drive suited to your system, along with the replacement instructions.
