Help - Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error

Question

I keep getting this message   Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library Buffer overrun detected C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe A buffer overrun has been detected which has corrupted the program’s internal state. The program cannot safely continue and must now be terminated   when I am on the internet.   I have no clue to fix it. I run Ad-Aware scans and McAfree computer scans all the time and I have no clue how to fix it.   Also this is my first time using this board so I hope I am doing it properly!   Does anyone know how to fix it/what is going on with my laptop?
