Help with : Fatal System Error blue screen
Okay it all started when my computer got a mean trojan virus yesterday... i spent the day trying to fight it off and remove it with various spyware and anti virus systems. the laptop shut down on me and now all i can get to is ' the blue screen of death' which reads
STOP: c000021a (Fatal system Error)
the windows logon process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x0000005 (0x00000000 0x00000000).
The system has been shut down.
So i ran the diagnostics test\ scan and got SCSI_0-000_DISK_GENERIC_MULTI-CARD target not ready.
i can't run any safe mode or anything. I would normally take it into the shop but i am travelling for the next few months so this is a problem.. anything i can do to fix it?

If you have a newer laptop, you can do a Factory Restore. This will wipe everything on the hard drive.
If this is an older laptop, you'll need to re-install Windows.
