install the video driver in the computer by removing the older driver from the computer. It should fix the problem

Thanks for your reply, but I'm not sure I understand. I should remove the drivers before installing them again? Can't I just install them over (replace) the current drivers?

Especially to install the video driver from the comptuer first we need to remove the driver from the comptuer and need to install the latest driver in the computer

Before I got your reply I installed without uninstalling. Now I have uninstalled and then installed the drivers. At some point during the reinstallation the screen went blank and never came back. Update: I had to do a power off reboot to get it back.

I've reinstalled the video drivers and it did not fix the problem
