This is a very good value you attained.

Without any changes I got about 231 / 500MHz (Quadro 700 I8200 = 4200go...)

With a volt mod I got stable 280 / 572 out of it.

But I did not do any DX9-test - I think this is senseless with a DX8-card...

My results on 3Dmark2001: ~12800Pts

 

Note: If your Vid card uses the same memory as mine then you should be able to clock it at 550Mhz (rated at 3,6ns)
