How to get a computer fixed

Question

Hello,   I've been on this site for an hour now, and I am desperate to know how you get a Dell computer fixed. I have a year old Inspiron 600m, the 'enter' key is stuck, and I am in Santiago, Chile. I am currently fidling with the key because I need this fixed rapidly to work!!!   Please Help,   thank you,

Thank you.   I thought I could contact Dell chile with the internet. But trying to do that has made me loose a lot of time. I've finally fixed my key. Sorry for the bother.

If you're under warranty, call Dell. If you have onsite service, a technician will be dispatched to do the repair. If you have return to depot service, or are out of warranty, call Dell for a shipping carton to be sent to you; you return the notebook by courier to the depot, and within a week-10 days, it is returned to you by the same method.

Either way, call Dell in your location.
