How to Switch Bluetooth Module On & Off

I have a Latitude D620 with a 350 Bluetooth module. I am running Windows XP SP2. The laptop came with the Toshiba Bluetooth stack software installed which stopped working after the 30 day trial period so I followed the instructions from the Dell Support website to remove the Toshiba software, install the Windows XP firmware on the 350 module and install the generic Windows XP Bluetooth driver/stack.  Bluetooth is now working fine in the D620. However, with the Toshiba software, there was a software switch to turn the Bluetooth radio on and off. I used this so that I could have the Wifi adapter switched on but the Bluetooth adapter switched off. Now I can't find a way to run like this, i.e. the Bluetooth module is always switched on unless I turn it off using the hardware switch on the side of the laptop (the Wifi Catcher switch) but if I do that, the Wifi adapter is also switch off. Does anyone know if there is there any way to switch off the Bluetooth adapter but still have the Wifi adapter switched on when using the generic Windows Bluetooth driver?

I would like to do just the opposite leave Bluetooth on and turn off the wifi catcher.  I used the QuickSet software to try and do this and I should have been able to do it with the check boxes I selected but it does not work for me.  Ironically it was working this way for me until I made the mistake of turning the hardware switch off and then back on again which initiated the wifi catcher and I can't seem to turn it off again using the software and if I use the switch to turn off the cards then I loose my Bluetooth.
