i9200 video playback problems

Question

I attempted to go to Dell's Tech support page but got Internal Error 500 screen, so I guess they are having a bad day today. Perhaps though, they can help me. I have this problem when trying to playback some video, source being files or certain dvd's. Happens in several pieces of software inlcuding Media Player 9 and multiple DVD players. Trusted media, happens with some 720p stuff downloaded from the Microsoft HD demo page. Here's an example. link Video drivers are: Provider: ATI Technologies Inc. If you install WMP version 10...everything will be back to normal. I had exactly the same problem ans the only solution(?) was installing the version 10.
