Inspiron 13 5378 2-in-1 Display Panel Firmware password protected
When I execute the Panel Firmware Update at http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=J5PR2, the Raydium FT (Ver. 2.32) application windows opens. I select the only menu, Functions, then Update FW and I am presented with a password prompt. I can't find the default password anywhere in the manuals or documentation.
What is the default password or where can I find it?

installing as a administrator does not help program still need a password to run firmware update or screen calibration. What the point put drivers on website which are secured by password that no one know ????

Do you have a BIOS admin password configured, by any chance?

I've encountered the same problem.
the asked password is no password currently present on the system
even deleting the BIOS password didn't help
> please help (or upload another version of the firmware)
