Inspiron E1405 left click button broken
The left click button my E1405 has lost its vertical travel, that lets you know you've depressed it. It still functions, but is on its way out. Where can I get it fixed, or get the part? Can I do it myself? I'm in a rural area and would rather not ship the whole unit.

If the system is in warranty and you don't want to ship for repair, call, buy an upgrade to an onsite warranty and then call for service.
You can also order the palmrest and either replace it yourself or have a shop do it for you. This is what you need:
