They were replaced by the 5160 - virtually the same as the 5150.

the 5150 has a mobile version of the pentium 4, it supports faster clockspeeds and HyperThreading -- the 5150 also supports better video cards (although the ATI card it runs can be placed in a 5100).  5150 also has pc2700 ram.
