Insprion 1420 issue

I recently installed win7 pro  and now device manager shows 3 devices that do not have drivers installed, they are  "pci bus 3, device 1, functions 4,3,2".. The device seems to be working fine, but would like to clear this us.. I can't find anything re drivers for this, any ideas ??
