Installing SoundBlaster card

Hi. Ny new 9300 is on its way,but the SBAudigy card won't be here until later in the week. This is my first notebook after having gone through 6 PC's in the past 10 years.I always ordered them loaded so I wouldn't have to do any adding-on.
My question: how difficult or easy is it going to be for me to install the card? I appreciate your time.
Thank you !

which audigy?  either way, you'll probably have to install some drivers (and maybe some software) from a CD and then plug in the card ... either into a USB port or your PC-card slot, type of audigy depending.

you might also want to check out www.creative.com and see if there are any firmware or driver updates for the card -- what ships with the unit may not be the most recent.

Thank you so much.If all it entails is some drivers and a slot for the card,I think I can handle it !! BTW:It's an Audigy 2 ZS notebook  sound card.

Thanks again!

I know people with Toshibas and they love them or hate them.Same way with everything we purchase. Cars, cameras, especially computers.I have had five GW2k's,and have been thoroughly happy with all of them.I got the 9300 because I trust Dell, and because it had the power I needed.

The graphics are amazing. I had to get a wireless mouse for playing Doom 3,however.

Anyway..thanks to all who replied.I appreciate it.
