Installing windows 7 in ultrabook

hello,

I have reinstalled windows 7 in my Inspiron 14z ultrabook. The problem is am not able to activate the intel rapid storage technology. As mentioned in the earlier posts I have tried in BIOS setting by changing the SATA option to smart response technology. If I change the setting windows is unable to start. Because of this rapid storage technology driver is also installing. Please give suggestings regarding this.

hi

change the SATA option to smart response technology then re install windows.

Hello,

 Thanks for your reply. I tried that one. When I change the SATA option to smart response technology and start windows installation, it wont show  the drives(partition) to install. It shows only if I choose ATA in SATA option. So I couldnt able to install in smart response technology option.
