Internal Error code 0001 000002

Question

I get 'error code 0001 000002'  internal error  on booting up after desktop is loaded. Normal operation appears to follow. Does any one know what is causing it and what is to be done? Thanks!

I accidentally uncovered the source of the message using msconfig: it was Sonic StartIt in the Start Up menu. Thanks for the interest in helping.
