You cannot clear a BIOS password by removing the battery on a Dell Notebook. If you do not remember the password you will need a "Master Password" from Dell which they will give you after proof of ownership is verified.
Did you try pressing F2 anyway?

I have tried F2, F10, F12 but doesn't happen
