try this and install it the order below:
1.ethernet: R85255.EXE
2.video: R106547.EXE or R106252.EXE
3.audio: R99254.EXE
4.modem: R104087.EXE
If it works, the yellow question marks should be gone. You might need to download other driver in:
http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/devices.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&SystemID=INSPIRON%209300&os=WW1&osl=EN#
Or simply put your service tag to get the correct drivers.
IF you have the drivers and utilities cd then just insert and install the drivers.

Second, putting in your service tag does NOT provide only the drivers you need.
