Issue with touch screen

Question

I am using Dell inspiron 13 7000 series intel core i5-5200U and 8GB RAM with touch screen display. Now a days, my screen activities gets out-of-control, all by itself and to restore my screen to normalcy, I restart the system. The frequency of this activity is about twice in a week. This is annoying and the screen activity usually get so much annoying and out-of-control, that I might not be able to even save my current work. Since the event is unpredictable, have recorded the entire activity and uploaded, please watch this link. Please provide Dell Kingdom of Saudi Arabia customer support mail ID to get in touch with them.
