Kernel Data Inpage Error requesting help for my daughter
Greetings,
My daughter (away at college) is having trouble with her Dell Lattitude D810 laptop.
Problem: when I'm working on the computer, randomly, a blue screen of death will
come up and I have to shut the computer down and restart it again to get get
rid of the sign. Blue sign says this:
Kernel Data Inpage Error
Technical information Stop: 0x0000007A (0xc07B9B38, 0xC0000185, 0xF7367269, 0x31610860)
Hfs.sys.- Address F7367269 base at F7303000, Date stamp 41107eea
Beginning dump of physical memory. Physical memory dump complete.
Any help and suggestions would be appreciated. The laptop is only 6 months old.

did you get any help? i have the same exact problem - same stop error code and everything (and trying to avoid pay-for-service).
