Key Caps Lock Inspiron 3552

I have seen photos of what looks to be a LED on the caps lock key, but I have yet to see one that shows the LED actually lit.   When you press caps lock, does all the key punches become capitals?  Is this a problem with the LED only, or does it seem that the key is not working at all?

Any other 3552 users out there, have you noticed a caps lock LED and does it come on and off when you press the key?

The key block capital works, when pressed, I write in closed mayucula, the issue is on the LED indicator when and pressed that button does not light, the LED is on the same key block capital letters.

Start the system tapping F12 and choose diagnostics (or while in Windows hold down the shift key while choosing restart and then choose diagnostics.  While running diagnostics toggle the caps lock key and see if the LED comes on or not. 

Other than that you may want to consider trying a service to replace the LCD.  If you are in the US I will be able to process the service myself. I will send you a friendship request shortly.

I just purchased this 3552 and having issues with the LED light not eliminating. I did see it light up about a week ago. How do I get things like the LED lights repaired on new devices?

I'm request suport from dell, and change my laptop to other new. Because my laptop have led off in the screen.
